I just did this and that is right about where i have been measuring which on me gets those "saddle bags" as they have been called :) and the fattest part of the butt too.

soaking weight barely 100 lbs. I remembering my freshman year in college lying about my weight to donate blood since you have to weigh at least 110 to give. Goal weight now is 130

Mine would be still going down in inches. This past week no weight loss but 2 more inches. 6 inches and 12 lbs in 6 weeks.

I hope to finish my weight loss goal. Only 8 more lbs to go but got a lot of toning up to do still. The number isn't really what is important to me as long as the "muffin top" is gone and I like the way I look and am toned up.

love it! the energy that it gives you is great. That is what I use it for. I was already having good success at losing weight prior to using it. I enjoy most of their products. Depending on what you add to it each shake comes out to be less than $2 which is cheaper than most meals or snacks.

Anyone can add me if they want. You can never have too many friend to help encourage you. It's about time for me to do a friend clean up on my list with people who haven't logged in in forever. I will be 32 in August and a mother of a 3 year old boy.

this is me too. I'll be 32 in August. Never really had to watch what I ate or my weight until well got a desk job turned 30 all around the same time. :) Now I have to be careful.

Try body by vi Vi-shape nutritional shake mix by ViSalus. They taste great and end up being less than $2 a shake and it can be used as a meal replacement or for a snack. You choose.

I agree with this. No need to be unhappy. Talk it out and work on it to get better or get out. Praying for all of you guys having issues that a solution will come and unhappiness will be removed.

yes. At least I didn't gain like most I hear and read about but did stay exactly the same.

I log everything. If your going to do it do it right and fully. If you miss this thing and then that thing then you get to the point of whats the point of logging anything. I have seen just that here recently with some girls on here that are also personal friends of mine.
