Use onions as a base ... thinly slice half an onion and fry it golden brown in about half a teaspoon of cold pressed virgin olive oil ... add a crushed garlic clove or two, and throw in the diced/sliced veggies (beans, corn, carrots celery, mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli peppers- green, red, orange, yellow, etc., etc.,)…
