Great Job!!!! You should be very proud of yourself as I am sure you are. I would be crying like a baby too......I want to do one at the end of the month and I am sure I will be crying as well. Very proud of you!

I am 5'7 and started C25K at 290...I am currently 275 and in wk 5 of it. I have not had any problems with it. my knees were sore but more like muscle sore and not injury sore the first week or so

So my ticker says 5 miles cause I was playing with it the other day and well today I really put in 5.9 miles but I can not get back to my original ticker. Do I have to do someting special to keep getting the same one? Easier for me to just keep adding it up, ANYWAYS 10/5-5.9

Just checking to see if it works
-
I have not done this before but I need something to motivate me right now. Lets start with 50 miles...I hope I can do this!!! Now to figure out the ticker :)

I had that click! I have successfully lost weight before but not as much as I want to loose this time around but not only loose, change my lifestyle in general. I also now have children I want to learn how to properly eat and not sit down and eat a bag of chips in front of the TV and they will learn this from me. My son…

I do not have suggestions as I would ask the same question but I wanted to wish you good luck and hope you have fun as well. I will hopefully be doing one these next year

Fabulous job!! It is amazing what we can do when we put our minds to it. It was a doctors appointment that got me started on this journey as well. Some how I have never had any issues with blood pressure, sugar or cholesterol but I still know the weight I started at was not healthy. I am glad you had a great appointment…

That is sooo exciting and I can not wait for that view on myself. Great job and keep up all the hard work!
-
great job!!!!! i am training for my first 5k currently and can't wait to move up in the miles. this is such a great accomplishment.
-
i can't wait to be able to use a "normal" towel w/o a gap so i know how good you must have felt. great job!!
-
That is awesome!! I can't wait to do my first 5K. I am doing the C25K and really want to do one but I want to beable to jog the entire thing. I am sure my first one will be just like yours though...jog...walk..jog a lil more and walk a lil more. I am pretty sure 41min 7 seconds is a record some where and one you will beat…
-
My cool down is typically right after a run. Your cool down in a normal walking pace. When you walk in between a jog it should be a fast pace walk. Hope this helps
-
I am currently 284 and I am doing the C25K program. I am jogging...not fast or hard but I am doing it. My knees were sore the first couple of days but not hurting sore...like my muscles are sore after a new workout

I was so worried I would not be able to find this post today. I read it yesterday and everything you have to say is just sooo key and every word of it makes complete sense and I applaud you for being able to put it in words. You have done an amazing job and even just mentally where you are with everything is even better.…

Almost yes...I really have to watch how much pop I drink and really I am trying to cut it out all together. But on weeks where I eat like **** I may not loose. You have keep an eye on everything else as well...sodium,sugar,carbs....keeping all that in check as well

JWB I do not get many people asking or noticing w/o me saying something. Once again I had not seen this kid in over 4 months so it has been a while. My hubby doesn't even say anything but once again I see them everyday so there is not such a wow factor. Free I took a start pic and really should have taken my 1 month pic…

GREAT JOB. It is a huge accomplishment and it will continue to get easier...atleast that is what I tell myself
-
Small...are you crazy??? This is huge and you should be yelling it from the top of that damn hill. LOL. Great job and this is no small conquering lady!
-
I hope you don;t mind me asking but are you wearing a good sports bra as well? That makes a huge difference, I just did day 2 and suprisingly I jog the entire time it tells me too. It us very slow but I am out there doing it and that id what matters. Good luck and I am sure I will be repeating some of the days down the road
-
Great job and there is a big difference. Sometime we have to step back and look at pictures to really notice. Great job!
-
Amazing job and congratulations on all of your accomplishments. I have been in a rut for a few days and I am hoping reading that brought me back to the grind. Great job!!

I love the elliptical! You have done a wonderful job and keep at it...you will be amazed at how much you end up doing. I love the aerobic mode on one of them at my gym. Gives you a full body work out
