I think this is how many of us get here, we love to eat. I do not plan to follow any specific diet, I plan on eating healthier and being concious of what I eat. I also do not buy junk food for the house, I do not need it and neither do my children. Also you do not need to cut food out of yor diet, you need to eat regularly…

Sorry posting twice but I am still figuring out how to use this :) Do you use the different programs on the elliptical? I have to work my way back up to it but it is one of my favs and I used to do some of the different programs on it and man it can give you a FULL body workout.

I am a little late at joining this, thank goodness I had until the 16th. Goals for July -Drink 50 oz of water a day - Do Zumba atleast once a week - Pay attention to what I am eating and not just eating because - Working out atleast 3 times a week

You have totally given me hope that I can do this. I am using just MFP as well right now and working out. You look fabulous! I am right where you started with the weight and I am a couple inches shorter. You have me all sorts of excited now. Not always easy to find ppl on the same journey of loosing 100+ pounds

You don't have to do this alone...there are people here for you even if it is not in real life. I have a very long journey ahead of me as well and could always use a buddy to do it with as well. Hang in there mama....you got this!
