you are so true on this some times we need to take a break. If you just keep track of what you ate it helps I have done this and when I look aback I did make a lot of healthy choices.

Hi I'm Kathy and I need a lot of support. I work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week most of the people I hang with talk about losing the weight but give up. It is hard to stay on track when every body is eating junk around you. So every body please feel free to add me i think that I can do this if a I a better support

I use then just about weekly they work for a fast meal (faster then drive thu ) I add some veggies that I have left in the fridge or a small salad as for the sodium it just gets me to drink extra water.
