This is a great thread! I am 26 years old, 5'6'' and starting weight/current weight is 200. I wear a 12/14 in jeans. Goal is to get healthy and happy - which for me, I think is around 150 and a size 6/8.

My wedding is also May 25th, 2013!! I would like to lost 30 by then - I know I would be content at 20-25 but the goal is 30!! :) just need that push and motivation !!

I do p90x and the best I have been told is to 1) get a heart rate monitor fitted to you and use that for accurate calories or 2) figure out the closest workout on here that they have (which is what i do) for instance, for core synergistics on p90x I use calesthenics and for plyo I use aerobics vigorous effort. I guess now…

I dont put anything that I am not doing to lose weight. For example, if I go for a run, its to burn calories and for weight loss so I count it - where walking the dog or gardening would not be counted. I played basketball the other day for fun, I didn't consider it my workout for the day, and it was something I plan to do…
