Congratulations on your 19lbs gone. But even more, congrats on seeing all of those non-scale victories! Keep up the great work!

Wow, wow, wow. What an amazing transformation! What an inspiration! I am going to have to give P90x a try!

Amber you are doing such a great job. What a difference! Keep up the great work! (I know you will). Looking forward to the next 50!

Some great ideas! I have never really learned of a good way to cook veggies so I have resorted to buying the steam in bag veggies. I am going to give some of these ideas a try! Thanks!

Me too! I hope the food fairy will have come and filled the fridge with something yummy! But alas, the food fairy has yet to arrive. I have to go to the store to fill the fridge myself. Sigh. :ohwell:

Well said Denise! We need to learn to see the positive in the changes we have made. I am happy that I can now jog (albeit slowly for now - but working on that) for a mile at a time. I am happy that I get up several mornings a week to get some workout time in. I am happy that I have a hubby that is very supportive of that…

I keep clicking join on the left and it does not do anything. What am I doing wrong?

I do hope it is Ada. She stands a chance of beating the guys. I voted for her.

You've got me already to. I am from the Space Coast, southern Brevard.

I did my own version of working up to running. I did (and still do) just what you mentioned. I log the minutes spent walking and the minutes spent running. Good luck with your C25K!

You just click over to Qty and change the number. However, not all foods are set up with oz or cups, etc. Sometimes you will need to look for another food item that is set up with the measurements you want.

Well, I am still here although I am not going to hit this goal. I just can't seem to lose weight lately. I have had some slacking days but not to the point of this. I still run or do DVD's 5 days a week. I'm getting frustrated. 12 lbs by Christmas was so doable. But not for me apparently. Oh well. Chantel, that is…

I have to agree. Do they taste like regular brownies? The beans and brownie just don't seem like they should go well together.

Have to agree! Just said to hubby last night that Elizabeth still does not 'get it'. She is still full of excuses and reason why she 'can't' do something. She should have been voted off ages ago. But, you are right. The game play by the guys has kept her there far longer than she deserved. Ada has worked her butt off,…

I'm not sure how to start maybe choosing to do something right for the week instead of focusing on all the bad things I get up to!!! [/quote] I think that is exactly where you need to start. Pick one thing to focus on this week...log all of your food for 5 days straight, or drink all of your water, etc. Heck, focus…

What an amazing accomplishment. Keep that determination and strength with you and you will fight your way through! {Hugs}

Pretty cool looking. I always have a bottle of water with me EXCEPT when I go running because I hate holding it. This could be a cool solution.

You look fantastic. Great job! Keep up the great work!

One of the things I have learned along to way is that you can have any of those things as long as you log them in and make them fit. When you see the calorie count posted for that piece of cake, go burn it off. You can't eat unhealthy foods continuously but you can do it every once in a while. It does not meant the end of…

Done! Just finished the last 12 of the 32 oz in my bottle. Have to refill now! Starting 3rd bottle of the day.

Yep! Asking for body fat monitor, new shoes, comfy socks, and a new Contigo water bottle. I love mine so much I'd be lost if it broke or got lost.
-
Yay for you! That must feel awesome! Can't wait to be there myself! Congrats!
-
Excellent job! What a way to put the changes in perspective! Keep up the great work!

Yay Jen and Lain! That is a great accomplishment! I hope to join you there real soon.

Also look for the foods with higher confirmations listed under it's name. Means others confirm the nutrients.

Wishing you the best! Good luck! (and thank you for your service to our great country!)

My DL does not list a weight, although I am SURE I would have fudged and listed at least 15lbs less! We filed a police report when somebody plowed through my cement and stone mailbox. The police officer asked for weight (while my neighbors were standing there). I asked if I could just write it on his pad and I lied. I put…
