Welcome, I'm also from Kentucky. I don't know what kind of bad back you have, but I recommend Pilates and Yoga. It definitley helps build the back muscles, but I would consult a doctor to make sure that Pilates is right for you. Good luck on your journey, we're here for you!!

When I go over, I drink 100oz of distilled water with a few drops of lemon juice. That will flush that crap right out.
