Thank you for your input Julie. Today I really needed to here "If you have a bad day just have a better tomorrow" as I went over my calories, carbs, fat and protein. I put a drink in the blender with some ice. It fills me up and lasts 2-3 hours. I like to have one for breakfast. It tastes like a milk shake so I feel like I'm cheating, but fills me up like a meal. I follow it with a decaf.

I'm sorry to hear about your struggles. A friend of mine had gone through a similar experience. She joined weight watchers and has seen results. This site will be just as helpful, I think, minus the large expence. Keep trying.
