That's great! I went into the store and when I tried on the dress that is on the right side of my profile picture, I cried because it was an extra small, it fit really and looked nice on me and I felt so pretty I got a little teary-eyed in the dressing room.

I definitely hit plateaus it felt like every 5 pounds or so. Usually what I would do is take several days off from working out but be very careful about staying within my calorie count and eat better foods. I started at 150 with the goal of being 130 then 120 then my doctor said 115. I have a fairly small frame and still think that I have rather large thighs so I'm going to see how I'm feeling at 115.
