I know what you mean - it goes against everything we've ever been taught, but I've seen way too many posts on here advocating it to think it isn't true! Eat those exercise calories and drink your water - you can do it !

I don't know - I've gone through the same thing. I know that when I started drinking lots and lots of water that helped.
