I usually have an omelette or scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage for breakfast. Lunch is usually some sort of protein (pork, chicken, fish, burger) and I try to get vegetables with that. I'm in!!! I've been wanting to lose weight for a while and now that I'm in college I really want to start losing weight instead of adding on more lbs with all the food, alcohol, etc. I have about 40 pounds to lose (or more) and I'm SO ready to start!!
