I like to set lower, easier goals so that I can definetly meet them and then hopefully blow them out of the water so I can feel really successful. That's how I roll :-)

Dance Dance is a total workout. I really think all WII games are calorie burners. Except the mario one i played where you just used the remote like a regular nintendo controller but most of them use quite a bit of movement. tennis and rayman are personal favs.

My doctor told me all lotions were bull crap. I have personally never tried any but my mom used cocoa butter with me her first child and it didn't work at all. I notice the more weight I lose the more the strechmarks fade. also just as time goes on they seem to fad. i do agree with the tanner you are the less noticable. I…

That's really good advice. Considering I'm not even close to where I expect to plateau yet but when i get there I will definetely give this a try.

Best of luck my friend. Don't forget to not only do this for your child and husband but for yourself as well. Cus we all know YOU are the most important person.

I agree with rbkhhmn... I do tend to go over and then I don't want to track. but that my friend is not solving anything :-( Your story about your sister has already given me some motivation. I tend to do fine all day at work (I mean I do struggle not eating the doughnuts someone brought in but I can totally do it) its when…

Aftering having her second kid went to the doctor about her weight loss. He told her that she wasn't losing weight because she was drinking too much cold/ice water. Drinking cold water tends to slow down your fat burning process. He suggested room temp water or hot water. Hot water does flush out a lot of toxins. I…

It'll be ok. That is a huge splurge and not one to be repeated BUT...... we do need to indulge sometimes. Just don't forget to get back on track tomorrow. Maybe you can make yourself feel better my doubling your exercise for the rest of the week. That way you are proactively counteracting. Good luck.

Be really, really careful. I've read you're only supposed to weight yourself once a week. Well I weigh myself between 3-4 times a day. It's really addicting. Its good to be able to track yourself at home though. Don't get down on yourself though remember 1 gallon of water weighs roughly 5 pounds I think. Just remember…

Hi my name is Nicole. I am the mother of a beautiful 3 1/2 year old daughter. I'm only 21 and I'm 45 pounds overweight. I feel horrible, I had lost 20 pounds (up and down) since I had my daughter. I am now back up to how much I weighed when I had my daughter. I feel so disgusted and unhappy about gaining all this weight…
