I am 6'2" and have never been able to do push ups, I even did all 90 days of p90x last summer! So I do what I can doing 'girl' push ups. (I also played HS volleyball and couldn't serve overhand - no upper body strength)

I'm 6' 2", would like to lose 15-25 lb. I would like to get down to the 165 lb range. I wear a size 12 shoe.

10 minutes is 10 minutes...the negativity is not encouraging - sometimes that is all the time a busy mother has during nap time or whatever. The 10 minute solutions are typically 40-50 calories burner during each 10 minute section.

I'm 6'2" and my current goal is 170....would love to get 165. I carry all my weight in my stomach (and grossly, my back - stupid apple shape) . I did p90x last year and put on weight, not muscle. I think I took in too few calories and am excited to start mfp, it seems to be helping already.
