PUSH UP'S!!! before I started doing them I had no idea they work your ab's! When I started I couldn't do them. I did some wall ones, now I've graduated to "girl" ones and I am up to 20 of them. I do 20 after every workout!! and 20 jumpin jacks! =)

I agree! I'm pushing 40 and started at 202 lbs at 5ft 2in!!! If I can do it, YOU can do it. Stop saying you can't and start saying you can!! Because, YOU CAN!!!! How bad do you want to change? maybe not bad enough? Set a goal..... and then go get it!!!!

Santa brought me a Polar and I L:heart: VE it!! I have no idea how I worked out without it!!! I love knowing my exact time, what my heart rate is, how many calories I burn, if my heart rate is in the zone or if I'm slacking.... :noway: I definately recommend everyone to get one!!! :drinker:

my body is a time clock : I don't even have to look at the clock, I know what time it is!! lol 7:30am 10am 12:30pm 3pm 6pm sometimes 8pm

bumping..... the back of my ankle/heel is so sore...... I was told to stretch it more..... which I have been doing.... but still so sore!!!! any advice would be wonderful!! =)

I'm just over 5"1 and I started at 202.4 lbs.... my goal was 150 - then I saw that chart also!! I think that chart is for China where woman are so naturally tiny..... my first thought is you need to eat a better breakfast to kick start your day! try some eggs, or oatmeal and fruit! thats my favorite!! =) and be sure you are drinking more water then what is recommended!! =)

Definately drink more water.... more the better. don't do the same exercises everyday, you have to switch it up here and there....... I understand your frustration, I have been bouncing 2 lbs up and down and going nowhere esle forever...... If you learn any new secrets that work.... please share with me!! =)
