It would help if you made your food log open to public so we can see what kind of food you are eating. I gave up drinking diet pepsi and mainly drink water all day long now.... that is a huge help for me. what are you doing at the gym everyday for 90 minutes? I would def make a Dr appt and start there!! Good luck!!

I will jump in with you guys!!! I started it a yr & 1/2 ago... I actually ran 2 5K runs.... walk / jogged. I had such a hard time with Shin Splints.... I gave up. I haven't ran since July 4th 2009! I went from 202lbs to 179lbs and still wear sizes 14, 16 & a lose 18!!!! I've lost 22lbs, shouldn't I be wearing size 9 by now!!! :huh: all in time I know........ we WILL get to our goals........ :flowerforyou: we are heading in the right direction!! Keep up the good work!! :drinker:

My husband, daughters and I are going to Run / Walk a "Turkey Trot 5K" Thanksgiving morning at 9am! Then we are going to a Moose Lodge with Family for Dinner, so there will be no left overs at home!!
