Good question. I would try searching mfp database, and then the internet. If you don't have those dishes often, just add it in as the closet calories you can find from searching.. That's what I would do. Let us know if you find a more accurate way!

I drink a ton of diet coke and coffee. The coffee will probably be a lifetime thing (I don't think it's too bad for you.) Diet coke I will give up someday....

Yes I am terrified. I have fallen off before. I did the same thing as the guy above, my ipod fell and I automatically tried to grab it, ended up on the gym floor in front of everyone. LOL. I was 15 at the time so it was a big deal to me. I much prefer running outdoors :)

Good for you! I wear the padded cycling shorts, they help a lot with the butt pain.

DO IT! We will be doing it together :) I started running in Dec 2011 for the first time ever and ran my first 1/2 in April 2012. Then another in May 2012. Both of the runs were amazing experiences. Then I stopped running. Got fat again. And now I am restarting to run for a half in April. :)

Team in Training for the leukemia and lymphoma society. I made a commitment and goal to run a half-marathon with them, and I did it. :) Just do it. No more excuses. You will love it!

I love this! I run when I have time. Use cheap workout videos. Plug in my headphones and go up and down the stairs at work!

I am working on figuring this out for myself! Maybe you could make time between 6-10? Get a 20-30 minute workout video to squeeze in during that time..?

That is lame! My gym's annoying policy is closing their daycare from 2-4pm. I pay extra to be able to use the daycare, it should be open during normal hours :/

I would agree that your time will be better :) The excitement and energy within and around you will push you to go faster than while you were training.

I took 3 semesters of spin class at my college, and I have taken a few classes at the gym. A lot of your experience depends on your instructor. I love spinning when my instructor shares my style of work out music. :) I wear padded bike shorts. It is a great work out, have fun!

I am totally addicted too :( I don't think it affects my weight, but I know that it isn't healthy. Honestly I don't know how to stop drinking it, I crave it all the time :( I think it is partly because of the caffeine, but also because it is delicious. I am going to work hard to drink less of it.
