Hey everyone! So I love the runkeeper app. I usual listen to Pandora "hip hop and power workout" playlist with headphones from my galaxy s3 and have runkeeper running. Every 5 minutes Pandora will pause and runkeeper updates me on my running progress through the headphones... anyway I have started using the "play music"…
I just went through my firends list and deleted those who hadn't been on for over a month. I was kicking butt on mfp the first few months, but have been struggling lately. I would like more friends for motivation!

Hey friends! I am looking into buying a heart rate monitor. I want one that I can use while running to track distance and calories burned. I also want to be able to use it for all other exercises to help me keep track of HR and cals burned. Suggestions please?
Can you guys give me some suggestions of no or low calorie dressings to use on salads or veggie dipping?
