I quit 2 days ago and I am not that bad but I do have my moments. Its a hard adjustment just like people who eat when they are upset, drink when mad etc. We have to be supportive towards others. When we are use to a certain comfort it's hard to make that transition if your all alone and given the cold shoulder by others.

I am a size 11 as well and Asics fit well and don't make my feet look any bigger then they already are.
