Peanut Butter Crackers or Cheese Crackers is what I took. You can also freeze a smoothie the night before. By 1030 it would still be cold but soft enough to drink. I do this every day. It comes out of the freezer at 0700. It needs a sock coozie if staying in a bag because of condensation.

According to statistics and research it is not advisable. It's your body though. Do what ya want. I dare say it won't kill you. You wil just waste muscle. Your body will feed off of muscle. And when you pick it up again you will be very binge prone. I wouldn't. I would eat smaller more often.

Can chicken is precooked. I believe everything in a can has to be precooked in order to not get food poisoning. I have eaten canned chicken. It tastes pretty good and is great for quick fix recipes like this. I also keep all ingredients stocked in case I signed up for pot luck and forgot or unexpected house guest show up.

Cool thanks for the update. If you eat protein with every carb it will prevent your lows. Agood rule of thumb is the size of your carb should be the size of your protein. Glad you are well take care!

In my opinion~ 46 pounds is too much in 4 weeks. You will knock your gallbladder out. There are very specific reasons to lose slowly. Nobody at that weight should be on a 1200 calorie diet. You can hurt your organs and cause many problems. If I was to guess 2200-2300 calories might be your lowest you should be at.

You have not specified what kind of diabetic you are. If someone is giving you advice before qualifying you on that alone you should not listen. What meds are you on how much do you weigh, strength of meds and what is your A1C are important starting questions. What is your morning blood sugar etc.
