I think those scales (BMI, fat %) are good guides but according to those the BMI scale for example I should weigh between 160 and 180...I started at 274 and looked like the marshmallow man...I'm 213 right now and have a few more pounds to go...but if I was to go down to under 180 I'd look like I had an eating…
