I ended up with one rest day (as I was away from home all day long), but my thighs stopped hurting. Just the skipping (jump rope) that still kills me, but I've only got 2 days before level 2. Worried how hard it's going to be!

For me it's definitely the jumping jacks and jump rope. But after day 4 I can see it is getting much easier (although still kicking my butt).
