I work the night shift and often don't eat my last meal (meal #5 or 6) until 2 or 3 in the morning, I wait at least an hour before going to bed so I don't cause my acid reflux to flare up and I haven't had any problems losing weight. I flavor my water with various herbal teas. I have a big gallon pitcher of water at home and I'll make 2 cups of hot herbal tea, let it steep for 10-20 minutes then add it to the pitcher and let it cool. Also, Essential oils are a good way to add flavor without adding calories, ie lemon, lime, orange, ect.
