I would try eating a bigger breakfast and lunch w/ a lot of your good carbs and protein to keep you from feeling really hungry at the end of the day..if you eat most of your calories during the day your dinner should be in the 300-400 cal. range and you should still feel satisfied..

Run your butt off is a book that I used to start running..its again interval training so you run for x amount of minutes and then walk a so on..if you want to do sprints its usually starting with a 20 or 30 second sprint and then a jog or walk for 1 minute and continue for about 30 minutes as you progress your sprint…

Mapmyfitness works and you can download your info from different apps if you use them or I just keep a run journal..you can buy them at the book store or online..I prefer to be able to hold it and go back and view notes from the days easily

I just bought new running shoes and its best to be fitted..if its a good store they wont try selling you the most expensive shoe but the one that will work best for you..AND most will let you try them for a few weeks and if you dont like them you can take them back and get a different pair or your money back..either way…

Im using a book "Run your butt off" it helps you work up to 30mins of straight jogging at your pace..lots of good informaiton as well about pace and ways to figure out whats best for you..

Hi..Ive been on here since the 16th and I think its helpful keeping me honest and being able to see what Im eating and shouldnt be eating :wink: it helps to have friends too bc they can see what you are eating..makes you think twice about that candy bar..

Go by the HRM and I hope its one w/ a chest strap bc the one w/out can also be inaccurate. I always burn way more calories then the machines say. Really the only way for the machine to be accurate is to hold the sensors the entire work out and who wants to do that.

With out a doubt do not eat it. If its left out for that long most likely its growing bacteria regardless of being in a container or not. It may work for pizza but meat, not so much.

To cvmcgaha Everyone has a different level of fitness so what gets your heart rate up and how much effort is going to be different from others.
