ok peeps, I am looking for awesome people who are active on MFP, people who are motivating and want to be motivated by others. I am also looking for more fitbit friends. I have added many of you already but for everyone else, add away  My diary is free to be viewed for my friends.

I have added everyone above :) Happy to have anyone who is active everyday and likes to post positive comments for people.

Look at how far you have come... don't focus on how far you have to go... I am half way on my journey and having what seems to be a set back with my motivation but I know that this is part of the journey so it's ok. Don't give up on yourself. I have learnt that I am the only one that can keep me in check. and you need you…

#5 to try on old clothes and expect them to fit and they are too big #4 being able to look at myself in the mirror and feel ok about me #3 to have my fit friends include me in their conversations about health and fitness and not give me that 'smile' #2 to be able to keep up in the gym classes and not hide up the back…

@ Ydalgorf 3.38pm today - I love love love your attitude to parenting!!!! Honey keep it going. If only other parents were as disiplened and structured as you. You sound hard but very fair which is what my kids say about me too.. I don't have many 'rules' as such as mine are 16, 14 & 12 but they know they are to be honest,…

like many on here I had mine at 19.. it was different to your situation though... I went into the Dr's with a cold and walked out pregnant!!! she was not planned and even though I had been with the father for a few years before I knew that he would choose not to be in her life. Yes it was hard, yes we were broke, yes…

HOLLY CRAP BATMAN!!!! C'mon people get real. We are all on here for different reasons. I am here cause I am overweight not because I have some brilliant excuse, because I have made choices that let me here!!! pure and simple. I don't care if your diary is open or closed or if you are fat, thin, fit, short, cross eyed,…

yeah, my hubby reminded me last night that he is right many times but he just has to let me work it out for myself and about 3 months later I have an aha moment and realise that I should have listened to him in the first place. why do I do this? cause I'm a woman and I know it all!!:embarassed: (NOT)

wow you look amazing, very inspirational:smile:

I have had many moments but each time I always held a little back, kinda when you know you have to do something but have that little devil in your ear saying 'it's really too hard, you have failed so many times before why do you think you can do it now, everyone knows you just give up' and I would think, yeah life is too…

I smile every time I see the sunset, don't know why but it makes me all warm being in the ocean, i didn't swim for a few years and when I went back in it was like coming home sun on my skin - don't care how hot it is it could be 35deg C and I would still stay there. (not good for skin cancer I know, I am sun-screened all…

I have had this since Monday, I pushed myself harder jogging (in shoes that I haven't jogged in before) and the last 2 days have been hell. I couldn't straighten my knee out properly at all yesterday. I have always had 'bad' knees but i have never ever felt this before, my calf is also very sore, would have to assume it's…

I agree with Mauri66... why?? I know I am an emotional eater so when I start to look into the cupboard every 5 mins and tell myself that it will be ok cause I can work it off tomorrow I sit down with a cuppa (with skim) and really have a hard think about why i want to eat. Am I hungry, bored or feeling a little…
