Great job! Did you do anything else with it to get those results. I am on level 2 but haven't seen that much in terms of results.

Back to it today, knee feeling better. I try to stretch out my calves a little extra. I feel like all the jumping is what's hurting me. I also hate those V squats.

Ughhh. I thought I liked level 2, but I think I pushed myself too hard yesterday and have been having right knee pain all day. Think I may have to rest tonight....

I did it. I haven't been posting, but I only missed 1 day of level 1. I find level 2 to be a much better workout. I really sweat with it. I just wish my eating was better because I have been so good with exercising, but my eating sucks. My life long issue with food and self sabatoging still present. Trying to work on my…

I am a mom of 2 and am ready to finally be rid of the baby weight!!! I just need to figure out how to make the time for myself and stop eating mindlessly. I did the 30 DS yesterday and would love some motivation.
