  • I like to pan fry in a little olive oil and sprinkle with some Emeril Lagase's seasoning; just before I remove it from the pan I splash a little white wine and then squeeze a little lemon juice on it. Yum!

  • I have Fitbit One and love it; I can wear it at night and records how well I'm sleeping. Getting a good nights sleep can affect your health, and I know I do not sleep well. I like how it works with MFP and the food log in MFP is so much better than Fitbits so I use that and it syncs it with the Dashboard on Fitbit.
