  • I apologize for not checking in. We lost a family member, so I have been out of town. I am back, and hopefully I can still keep going with this group. Got on the scale this morning and I am at 162. So..... haven't lost or gained any weight. We are back on track at our house, so hopefully the scale will start going down.…

  • I normally weigh in on Sunday, so I did yesterday and I am down 2 pounds. I have been keeping my calories to 1200 (except one day) and went on my first Christmas outing and was good! I am hoping to keep losing at this rate, and feeling pretty good.

  • My plan is to track my food through MFP. I get 1200 calories a day. I also take 3 Zumba classes a week and walk/run on the treadmill everyday at lunch (except the weekend). I have gotten real good about the exercise, it is the food that kicks me in the butt. I am looking forward to being held accountable with this group…
  • My plan for Christmas is to enjoy myself without going overboard. I won't go back for seconds, and I will watch my wine intake. I will keep up my exercise routine, and hopefully I won't gain any weight. If I just maintain the week of Christmas I will be happy. Karen
