Adding toasted pecans will add more calories than you may want. The icing is also not included in the nutrition. I plan to top with a half a graham cracker sheet (30 cal) and maybe two tbsp of reddi whip. (appx 25) :bigsmile:

Yes, call the doctor for bright red spotting. They can do a vaginal sonogram at this point. They did one on me to check things. Ask your doctor for it...because it will give you peace of mind which is what you need. Best wishes to you and your bambino!! :flowerforyou:
