When I just got to have a soda, I go for Coke Zero! Cannot stand Pepsi Max. blecchhh! I drink one to two Coke Zeroes per week. (no more than 2!) The rest of the time, it's water, tea, the occassional coffee, maybe a diet lemonade. Mostly water though. :wink:

I find it to be pretty accurate if I stick to my daily calories. I make a little note in the notes section at the bottom and type what it said. Then, I can go back 5 weeks previously and compare. Most of the time it was fairly accurate. :flowerforyou:

So sorry you are having to live with this pain. I agree with dragomom. Get in the water. Swimming, water aerobics, anything like that. That can take the pressure off and be very therapeutic for you. Those are my favorites! Luckily, Kelloggs makes a bar that tastes just like them and is much much better for you. They are called caramel coconut fudge and they have 130 calories with 9 grams of fiber! The best suggestion I have is to drink even more water. Your body may be holding onto the water because it feels it doesn't have enough. Drink an extra liter and see what happens. Also, a magnesium supplement taken daily can help with water retention. It worked for me. Hang in there! :smile:

Try the sugar-free flavors if you can find them in a flavor you like and use measuring spoons to measure it into your coffee. Try to stick to just two tbsp per cup. I love the creamers, too. The La Creme ones are sooooo sinful. Good luck!

It's probably because MFP gave you calories to burn that come from daily activity and then subtracted the amount of calories that would help you to lose the weight you want per week. Check your settings and goals. Look at the calorie breakdown. That may help. :smile:
