I belong to Planet Fitness as well and I love it there too. I feel very comfortable there and everyone is always in their own world. Give it a try, it's definitely worth it. They also offer free unlimited fitness training whenever you need it.

I get the same way...ummm I would say try sketching out the reasons that you want to lose weight and put it in a place where you can be reminded of these reasons each day. Or if you're a visual kinda person, measure your inches as they usually drop first. Good luck to you!

I am usually close to or over my calories at the end of the day, but now that I think about it, I usually don't eat before or directly after the gym. I'll try it tomorrow. I have small visual cues all over the place...notes on the calendar...in notebooks, on my phone, on the fridge. Also Planning out a meal schedule or workout schedule may help. You have to make this a priority like you make going to work, or showering, or sleeping, make it a definite part of your day. Good Luck!
