Hello everyone! I am a 35 mom of 2 crazy kids, 12 and 9 plus a husband so I guess that makes it 3 kids hehe. I am totally looking forward to reaching my weight loss goals with the group. It will be awesome to be smaller by spring!!:flowerforyou:

This is my third day and it has been fun tracking everything I eat and an eye opener as to what I was eating before. It makes you think instead of acting impulsively. I am sure you will reach your goal with all the awesome people here supporting you. You can do it!!!:happy:

I usually see a huge jump in weight the week before I start and then lose it all during my period. I have flucuated from 5-10 pounds with water retention. Which sucks when trying to lose weight but I stick to my plan and I am back to normal after its all done. I even surprise myself by losing a few more.
