  • Hi everyone! I just bought a sack of whole wheat flour to make healthier pancakes and I am wondering what else I can make with it. Does anyone have any good recipes that use whole wheat flour? Cookies? Breads? Etc??? Thanks!
  • I'm in too! This sounds like a great group! Losing 30 lbs will put me really close to my goal. My plan for the past 2 weeks has been to eat "clean" and exercise 6 days a week.   • Hi Everyone! I'm from L.A. and I joined this site to help me lose weight and get fit. I weight 162 lbs and hope to weigh 130 lbs by the end of the summer. I work full time and go to school, but I really want to make working out and eating right a priority. Good luck everyone!!
