It does n't matter as long as you put it into mfp correctly. So if you have 250 gm of uncooked rice make sure that is what you put into your diary.Don't weigh 250 gm uncooked and then add 250 gm of cooked.

Weekends are not good for me but I still log. I found it really helps and being honest about what you eat is a good first step. Some days I really do not want to log especially chocolate lol! First day of c25k completed. So on target so far lol!!!!!

Also have had poor focus since October with illness injury and family issues and having lost 21 lb have put back on 10! But will power is good and hopefully I will stay healthy!
