How about walking on your lunch break? You wont get so sweaty that you need a shower but you will burn a few calories. Put ankle weights on and your pants will cover them and no one will ever see them.

I grilled some salmon yesterday so I will have 3 oz of fish ans 1 cup of grilled veggies. Light and delicious. Grilling just makes food taste more flavorful.

I work for an airline and fly a lot. What I have learned that has really helped me is to pack my own airplane snacks. No I dont mean only 100 cal snacks. Other things too that are healthy but not necessarily fat free. Portion control. I take the little snack sandwich bags and individualize my snacks. 1 serving of cheezits.…

Put your self first and move away from the burgers! You can have a lot of those same fast food meals at home and make them healthier. Well I work 12hour shifts 6:30 am to 6:30 pm and what I like to take are wraps.
