  • I have an alarm with a light that comes on gradually 30 minutes before I have to get up, then when the alarm goes off, I am already somewhat awake. It has a feature where you can add sound, like birds chirping, about 15 minutes before the alarm goes off.
  • I find as I get older I do not lose weight easily. Even staying under the calorie limit, I have to add a lot of exercise. I don't eat back my exercise points.
