Juice : Beets, Broccoli, Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry, Kiwi , 1/2 Pineapple Pour juice in blender with 2 Bananas. Yummy

Well the apple pulp I keep and put into a blender with some of the apple juice. Once blended into a paste I add cinnamon and ground nutmeg. I chill this over night and BINGO apple sauce for the kiddies :)

I wish I knew an answer to this one, but this is what I have found out so far. I buy a 50lbs bag of carrots and just keep it in the corner. So far they seem to keep (I put carrots and broccoli in almost all my juice). I don't refrigerate my fruit anymore. What I do refrigerate is my leafy vegetables and berry's. With a…

Cant say I have heard of this plan. I saw the movie and sort of doing my own thing with it. I am having good success so far. I started this fast the last week in Jan. I was 310lbs. It is now Feb 16 and I am 295lbs. I so agree with you about the amount of food I was in-taking and what I am doing now.
