  • It might be too much exercise for some people but I'd say listen to your body as only you'll know best. I do an early morning spin class and then go for a run or another spin in the evening, so usually between 1.5-2hrs of high intensity cardio a day, and have done this for years.   • I'm 5'11 and when I lost a lot weight before I got to around 150lbs and I looked way too skinny, far too many bony bits. I think I look best at around 160lbs, that means I'm a UK size 10-12.
