Why would a meat-eating person need to present on "argument" regarding their preference? I wouldn't expect you to present an argument on why you DON'T prefer meat. To answer your question of 'why'--why NOT?

I soooo could have used this last weekend when my freezer was inadvertantly left to unthaw (son didn't get the dorr closed). I had 4 pkgs of shredded zucchini, 4 cups each. def use it for the future. :)
