Right there with you. I am back to logging in hopes of the scales going down again. I have about 60 or so lbs to go..... For some crazy reason, the fact that I could fit into smaller clothes and see a difference worked the opposite of what makes sense.

My son calls them BINGO wings. The first time I heard him talk about my bingo wings I was like "What?" He laughed and said "Yeah, bingo wings cuz if you played bingo they would fly when you raise your arms to yell BINGO!" It was much finnier when he demonstrated (even tho he has no wings of any kind). boneless, skinless chix breast, pounded so relatively the same thickness sprinkle/coat with blackening seasoning (I coat-like the heat) seer in olive oil sprayed pan about 7-8 minutes per side place pan in 350 oven and cook until juices run clear I usually serve with salad/steamed veggies &/or brown rice

my trainer has me do wall sits while doing bicep curls-triceps against the wall, alternating 20 each arm=1 set (takes my mind off of my legs) :) She also has me do a series that includes the leg extension, leg press, jump squats, reg wall sits and a deep squat/bounce you would also be surprised at just stepping up on a box…

can of rinsed black beans 1 c frzn corn can of lo sodium diced toms veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, spinach, onions, peppers, etc) minced garlic sliced jalepano or pablano pepper cumin & chili powder to taste lo sodium chix broth - enough to make a stoup simmer and serve over brown rice &/or chix breast
