Actually I don't.
that's harsh. it is their first post! weak arms, especially as we age, turn super jiggly. don't even deny that you don't have jiggly arms.

For me is there something biggr than a bat that has wings! Mine are horrible, but I am 55 yrs old, and I was obese for many years, and I carried so much fat in my upper arms. I am lifting weights and have been now for 10 mths, but unfortunately I am not seeing any hughe changes yet. But I believe once you hit goal weight, and I hit that about a month ago, you need to wait at least a year and some changes in the loose skin may occur. If you are younger and were not obese for 15-20 years then it may go back some or all, everyone seems to be different. Alas I think I am stuck with mine unless I wish to go under the knife, and I do not, so it's 3/4 lenght sleeves or long sleeves for me and that is ok.0

My son calls them BINGO wings. The first time I heard him talk about my bingo wings I was like "What?" He laughed and said "Yeah, bingo wings cuz if you played bingo they would fly when you raise your arms to yell BINGO!" It was much finnier when he demonstrated (even tho he has no wings of any kind). LOL Doesn't exactly answer your question but my trainer would say cardio and diet, they will eventually go.0

I was going to say cardio,
but weights are better0 -
They are also called bingo wings. Lifting weights and bench dips help alot0
-
Bench dips - that's what I was recommended.0
-
Are there any specific ways other than "lift weights"? Excercize or technique tips?0
-
I'm very new to this - what are bench dips?0
-
I don't get it. I would guess a lazer??
Do a google search for stronglifts or new rules of lifting for women. The rest will fall into place.0 -
I totally thought this was about something else....
^^^ Yup. Same here.

i'm guessing you're not talking about wings and blue cheese dip. you're probably talking about what borat calls "sleeves of wizard." yes?0 -

I had no idea what you meant. Thank you for clarifying everyone. Lol. I have no idea how to get rid of those. I struggle with this myself.0

Bat wings is a term more commonly used to describe a sweaty nut sack sticking to a dude's legs. Bingo wings, however, is a term I've heard for the arm flab that some women have... which would wiggle upon raising one's arm and yelling "Bingo!"
Side note: my friend has a tattoo of bat wings... on his bat wings. Cheers. And good luck with yours, whichever type of wings they might be.
ETA: Dips. Don't forget to work your triceps when you're doing your upper body workouts. Or Gold Bond.0 -

I hope you immediately slapped the *kitten* out of your son.0 -
Well if nothing else - I'm glad everyone got a good laugh out of this.
I never knew "bat wings" had so many meanings -
I'm thinking I will change what I call my flabby arms
Thank you0 -
No worries. it's not your fault men can't stop their fascination with relating everything to their sack. ; p0
