  • Easy... Do you like nuts? 1/2 cup of almonds + 1 glass of orange juice is all you need. Or 3 glasses of milk during the day... Gives you great protein and calcium....
  • I would think that it's based on a regular diet too..... If I were you... I would start @1600 - 1800 calories and see how that works out. Talk to your doctor too... You definitely don't want to lose the weight that fast if you are pregnant.... Good luck...
