I agree, the Special K milk chocolate are the best I've found but they have too many sugars/carbs so I quit them.

I just got a pandora charm bracelet for my birthday last month and 2 charms. It will take awhile to fill it up so I've decided to reward myself with a new charm every 20 lbs I Iose. I've got lots to lose so I'm looking forward to my new charms!

My inspiration was just the fact that I want to live instead of just exist. Didn't really have an ah-ha moment although I wish I had one of those years ago before letting myself get that way. Honestly my before pictures discust me but I'm glad I have them as inspiration to never go back there.

I've tried all three flavors. My favorite is key lime pie and then mint chocolate chip. It is GREAT!!

I made these muffins today....only I used a spice cake mix and a 15 ounce can of pumpkin....that's it. No eggs...no oil and no water...you don't need it. These are the best, moistest muffins ever!!

If you like thin crust pizza, I've found using a flour tortilla works great! I use low fat cheese, saute mushrooms and onions and use turkey pepporoni....it's delicious and we have it once a week!
