LOL ......I believe I am guilty of doing this myself and if I didn't post I sure as hell was trying to look it up. Then duh as I see posting exercises here on myfitnesspal that I don't think the calories burning for the listed exercises are always accurate (most times probably not) I'm quite sure they wouldn't be correct…

Thank u so much for this! That's exactly where I'm at. If I walk on cement (outside, bike path, etc.) my back is killing me so I give up. Maybe that's what I should do walk 10 mins stop then walk 10 mins again....As for your question Id take the year, one b/c I know I have to retrain myself eating and learn to incorporate…

Grl I have 180lbs to lose realistically. Any body who needs help or can give help add me. I signed up months ago, did it for maybe a week or 2 and fell off. I would Love, Love, Love to lose 100lbs with all of you. I'm not sure how to really navigate this website yet so add me!! Good Luck to all of us =)
