that is an overwhelming number...........why don't you set smaller goals for your self-like 20lbs at a time. You have already lost 8, so you're halfway there! As far as excersise is concerned, just find something that you like to do. For example, I HATE excersise, but I joined my local ym with a pool & do aqua aerobics.…
