the arm is just a tribal that i have to finish on R&R, and my chest says, "For a man who has hope, has everything." in French. Then I have L.I.V.I.N. on my heart, and chinese on my back. :) Gonna get so many more on R&R! :)

Thank you guys. :) I've just been training a lot, well not really "training" but I thought of it as training. I did 60 miles on my bike a day, and two 5k's and 1 10K a week, every other week a 15k. i guess it worked!! :)

Just enjoy it. :) Don't worry about counting your calories for a day. Just logg it. Who cares if you go over one day? You have to spoil yourself every once in a while.

Haha, burpees are what we call UP DOWN GO'S in the Army, in BCT we did them almost everyday for at least an hour. I don't miss them, I still do them though, they're a great cardio exercise!

Well first, I drink tons of water everyday, walk at least an hour everyday and a good fast but not to fast pace. I run 5 to 7 miles every other day as well.
