@b_lisieux I have been doing it a healthful way. I just went from being a low active college kid to a very active job that keeps me moving all day. I didn’t purposely try to lose 4lbs/week that’s just what my body did.

So I’m looking for some advice. For those of you that lost a good amount of weight and then hit a plateau. What did you do to kick your body into overdrive to lose more? I’ve lost 56.6 pounds in about 4 months and have been stuck at the same weight for the last couple weeks.

I have had a NSV and a SV in the same week! Yesterday I fit into my jeans I bought 2 sizes smaller! Yes TWO! And I have officially lost 40 pounds!

I feel like I’m on fire this week! I’ve been dropping weight and feeling amazing! I hope everyone is doing great! Just remember it’s mind over matter, if you got it mentally you’ll do great. I believe in all of you!

Does anyone have advice on workouts that I could do at home ( indoors since it’s raining)? I’d love to hear your favorites! P.S. I need something simple and low intensity since I’m just starting out and don’t want to over do it at first
