I agree with the food scale comments. You really don't realize how much you're eating until you weight it. What people think is 4-6 ounces is really more like 8 or more. And that can make a huge difference. Also, not all calories are created equal. So 260 calories in a slice of pizza is not the same as a portion of salmon…
