Same boat here. Most weaknesses are pizza, wings, tacos (I could eat a ton of my homemade tacos), ice cream, and vodka.

Hi Carmen, I'm Tawni. Nice to meet you. I'm addicted to food in general. My main focus is portion control and not eating any fast or processed foods. Pizza is probably my worst. Good luck on this journey.

I live in Florida and this time of year is hot, humid, and tons of bugs! I like the videos, kinda feels like I have a work out buddy. Get how you can is my motto.

I had the triple dipper from Applebee's with boneless honey bbq wings, steak quesadillas, and spinach/artichoke dip. OMG! It wasn't even all that good either.

I love energy drinks lol I know thats terrible probably but I fit them in. I recently tried a new organic one and it works just as good. Tastes yummier too. You can buy them at Whole Foods. I've seen them at Walmart as well in singles.…

Welcome! This is an excellent source for support and ideas. Feel free to add. Good luck and just remember to log everything!! Even if you have a cheat day, or moment, log it so you generate a habit and know whats going in your mouth.

1-2 lbs a week is normal and healthy weight loss. Don't give up. Even if it takes that 7 months, you will feel so accomplished and changed your life. Keep your head up. I haven't lost much either but ya gotta keep on keepin on :)

I make a breakfast smoothie with your choice of fruit, whey protein, spinach, and almond milk. It curbs the hunger very well until lunch.

To cure mashed potato cravings, I mash up steamed cauliflower, add a dash of your preferred dairy, garlic and seasonings to taste. Very yummy side dish.

I make turkey smokies (sausages), broccoli, and cheese. Chicken breasts/tenders, sprayed with olive oil spray, dipped in low sodium taco seasoning, and spread salsa over the top and bake. Soooo yummy! You can top with low fat cheese and sour cream if desired :)
