I love biking! I go mountain biking once a week.

I do meal replacements or protein shakes for lunch. I find it convenient and fast. This way I get to go nap in my car for the remainder of my lunch break.

I'm with you. I do about that much a week anyway.

I traded my Coke for beers. I don't know if that will be of help to you but I do benefit more from drinking beer. At least I feel like I'm smarter, funnier, and a good dancer. :)

I'm maxing out my IRA contributions and HSA this year to break even with uncle sam. I'll probably get a small refund or maybe owe a little but that's all thanks to tax planning throughout the year.
